What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, job details, preferred date and any notes or photo you choose to upload. Our hosting provider may also record basic technical information, such as your IP address, for security and reliable operation.
How we use it
We use your information to review your request, find a suitable skip operator, arrange contact about the quote, prevent misuse of the service and maintain our enquiry records.
Who receives it
We may share your request and contact details with one suitable independent skip operator so they can assess the job, confirm availability and provide a price. That operator is responsible for its own service and handling of information after receiving the request. We also use service providers that host and support the website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve questions, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Photos and records are then deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or object to its use. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it. You can also choose not to upload a photo.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information. No online service can guarantee complete security, so please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in your request.
